Industrial Energy Outsourcing
Outsourcing of industrial energy is defined as a separation of in-house CHP plants and heat plants from enterprises, handing them over for management by specialized companies. After the taking- over of the client's facility, PEP undertakes the necessary modernizations or builds a new plant (greenfiled project). Energy and heat prices are negotiated on an individual basis between the energy and heat supplier (an outsourcing company) and a customer (manufacturing plant). Technological solutions and outsourcing business models are tailored to specific needs and requirements of manufacturing enterprises. It is a win-win situation as costs are reduced owing to investments in new technologies.
